Shipping and Return Policies
SHIPPING
Cosy Mouse Crafts ships from Sweden through our national postal service Postnord, so we can ship wherever Postnord ships.
For the convenience of customers, we’ve chosen to offer flat shipping rates for orders that don’t reach the free shipping threshold.
Sweden Orders
Free tracked shipping for orders 399 SEK and above, otherwise flat shipping rate of 49 SEK.
International Orders
Free tracked shipping for orders 699 SEK (approx. 64+ EUR) and above
Otherwise, untracked and tracked flat shipping rates are offered based on your location. We offer an untracked option in case you'd like to stay within a smaller budget :)
If you order before 12:00 noon CET on a regular weekday, we can usually ship your order the same day!
DELIVERY
Please make sure the email address and mobile number you provide are correct so you can receive updates. If you selected tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number and link as soon as it is available.
Once we’ve handed over your order to Postnord, they will be responsible for your package. For international orders, Postnord usually passes on the package to your national postal service. Refer to the tracking link to find out how long delivery will take and which postal service/s are responsible for your package. Please reach out to them in case of delivery delays and other relevant questions.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, the buyer will be responsible for the import taxes, customs duties, and other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We check and pack every single order ourselves, so we can assure you that we ship products in excellent condition. However, in case of regret or damage incurred during shipping, email cosymouseco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Please attach photos in case of damaged or faulty items.
If the package is returned to Cosy Mouse Crafts because the buyer did not provide the correct address or did not pick up the package, the buyer will cover the delivery costs in case they wish to have the order shipped again.
